Enrolled Patients

You are enrolled if you have completed an enrolment form with Rangiora Medical – Victoria Street or Good Street and you intend to use us as your primary healthcare provider.  Enrolled patients benefit from lower fees.

  • 14 - 17 Years - $47.00
  • 18+ Years - $62.00
  • With a Nurse - $35.00

With a Community Services Card

  • 14 - 17 Years - $13.50
  • 18+ Years - $20.00
  • With a Nurse - $20.00

Ways to Pay

All payment for services is requested at the time of your consultation.

You may pay using:
• Visa, Mastercard, Debit Card – paywave available
• Online banking – our bank account number is 12-3150-0315159-00
• Automatic Payment – if you would prefer to make regular payments against your account please ask at Reception.
• Cash

Our Terms

Our GP & Nurse consultation fees are displayed in the waiting room. Copies are also available; if you would like one, please ask at Reception.

Our fees are made up from the following:
• Consultation time
• Complexity
• Eligible funding
• Cost of running a medical practice

Free fees apply to:

  • Flu vaccination:
    • For pregnant women;
    • Anyone aged 65 years and over;
    • Anyone aged under 65 years with a medical condition that increases their risk of developing complication from the flu (conditions apply; please check with us)
  • Childhood immunisations
  • Maternity care

No-Show Policy

Failure to attend an appointment or failure to cancel 2 hours before the appointment time may incur a fee based on the type of appointment booked.
